Patients whose surgery is covered/paid for by ACC may be placed in a double/shared room. If you would prefer a single/private room please phone the Ward Charge Nurse PRIOR to your admission date and this can be arranged for you.  (Please note that there will be an extra charge to the patient when upgrading to a single room).
